PLEASE NOTE THAT DISPUTES ABOUT THESE MCREWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE MCREWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM (AS DEFINED BELOW) ARE SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS, AS DETAILED IN SECTION 18 OF THE MYCATER TERMS OF USE.

References to “these Terms” in Section 18 of our Terms of Use include these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment

These mcRewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (the "mcRewards Program Terms") govern the mcRewards loyalty program (the “mcRewards Program”) operated by MyCater. (“MyCater,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging in any activity that earns you points in the mcRewards Program, you agree to be bound by these mcRewards Program Terms.

Program Benefits

You will receive at least one point for each Rs 10 of qualified spend you have through the MyCater marketplace. Qualified spend is the amount you pay for all food and beverage orders you place through the marketplace, minus any coupons, discounts and credits applied to your order, and before taxes, delivery fees and any voluntary tip are applied. Some caterers may offer additional points for orders you place with them. You will also receive points for participating in specific opportunities we offer from time-to-time, such as reviewing caterers or referring friends to ezCater.

How to Use and Redeem mcRewards Points

You must be an active user to redeem points. You are an active user if you have placed a fulfilled order in the last 12 months. If you are an active user, you can redeem points in any quantity as a discount on a marketplace order. You can also redeem points for Amazon.com Gift Cards if you have at least 2,500 points (2,500 points can be redeemed for a Rs 25000/- gift card).

You can redeem your points as a discount on a marketplace order when you place an order. You can redeem your points for Amazon.com Gift Cards by visiting the mcRewards section of the website and selecting Redeem Now.

mcRewards Points Expiration

Your mcRewards points will expire if you have not placed a fulfilled order through the marketplace in the last 12 months.

Other Important mcRewards Program Information You Should Know

Points are non-transferrable, may not be resold, and are not redeemable for cash or as a credit on past orders. You agree we may change these mcRewards Program Terms, terminate the mcRewards Program, or expire, deduct, limit, or modify your mcRewards points at any time for any reason, including in the event we determine or believe that your participation in the mcRewards Program was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise in violation of these mcRewards Program Terms.

Governing Law; Severability

These Program Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If a lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted under these Program Terms, you and we agree that the dispute must be initiated and conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Program Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, then the invalid portion shall be deemed conformed to the minimum requirements of law to the extent possible. In addition, all other provisions of these Program Terms shall not be affected and shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
