We are a remote-hybrid company. Our people work where they want within the INDIA while enjoying lots of flexibility and autonomy. For those local to our Indore and Mumbai offices, you may work in the office as much or as little as you’d like. The choice is yours!

Compensation
We pride ourselves on our competitive offer packages, and take our commitment to pay transparency seriously. All full-time employees receive equity, a 401(k) match, and a monthly stipend to use towards commuting and remote work expenses.
Parental support
We offer 12 weeks fully paid parental leave with additional paid time for delivery recovery. We also offer a family planning benefit that provides financial assistance for qualified family forming services.

For employees working from our Boston or Denver offices, we offer a lunch stipend via Relish. And fully stocked fridges all day, everyday.
Time off
We offer unlimited vacation (up to 3 weeks at a time) plus half-day Summer Fridays and 11 paid holidays. Every 5 years our people are eligible for an MyBreak, a fully-paid 4 week sabbatical and Rs 5,000 bonus.
