To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, please have the following documents ready:
Mandatory documents:
- PAN card: Only adult PAN cards are accepted.
- FSSAI license certificate: Apply now
- Bank details: A copy of your cheque or passbook.
- Restaurantβs delivery menu
- One food image: Used as your catering cover image on MyCater logo
Optional documents
- GST certificate: If applicable based on the PAN provided Apply now
Once all mandatory documents are uploaded and the contract is accepted, our team typically takes around 24 hours to verify the documents and build your menu.
- If all documents are correct, your bidding process will be ready to accept order and bid customer price within 24 hours.
- If any document is rejected, the go-live process will be delayed until you resubmit the correct documents.
The one-time onboarding fee Rs 1000/- covers administrative, operational, and technical services, including document verification, conduct bidding, quality checks, training on using the MyCater market platform, and query resolutions.
The fee of Rs 1000/- will be deducted from the first customer approval of your bid price. This deduction will occur only after the customer has made their advance payment, at which point MyCater will deduct a one-time fee of Rs 1000/- along with an additional Rs 500/- for each approval bid charge from your settlement payment.

MyCater charges a commission for services such as order placement, catalog hosting, demand generation, marketing, logistics, tech infrastructure, and customer support.
The commission rates vary based on the city and the restaurant, depending on factors like location and cuisine. You can view your specific commission rate when you accept the online ordering contract.
All registered partners, both new and existing, are informed about the MyCater payment settlement process as follows:
- Advance Payment: A 30% payment of the total MyCater invoice amount will be processed on the same day following customer approval.
- Event Day Payment: MyCater will remit 30% of the payment on the day the event commences.
- Final Settlement: The remaining 40% payment is to be made by the customer. However, if the customer opts for the MyCater Payment Protection Service, MyCater will release the 40% payment post-event, contingent upon customer approval.
